Sue Troxcil has served the same community she has lived in for over two decades. She started in business as a teller in a bank, and worked through the ranks as loan servicer, through drawing documents and funding, to processing and hands-on work as an assistant to a loan professional, and finally, as a Loan Officer herself. She understands each step of the process, ensuring her commitment to excellence is reflected throughout the loan process. Her greatest reward is helping buyers into a home, and she is grateful that her business has been built through referrals of her satisfied clientele.
Sue has worked closely with Linda Myers since the earliest days of their careers. The ultimate professional, Sue jokes, “My life is my work!” – she maintains life balance by spending leisure time with her daughter, son-in-law, and two grandchildren, as well as dearest close friends.
